2. Return Windows & Financial Reversals

All transactions are strictly bound to our 30-day return window following equipment drop-off. Any approved refund balances, transactional adjustments, or order cancellations are contractually executed back to the funding source within a 7-day financial refund window from the date of authorized approval.

3. Site Preparation & Operational Liability Exclusions

Steel Box Source and its contracted logistics providers operate strictly as equipment suppliers and freight drop-off haulers. The buyer bears absolute, exclusive liability for checking municipal zoning codes, securing necessary container permits, and rendering the drop-off ground safe.

We completely disclaim liability for structural ground sinking, underground pipeline or septic line ruptures, property damage, or vehicle tracking indents resulting from improper site preparation, subterranean weakness, or insufficient clearance pathways provided by the buyer.
